Duties & Tracking
Upon shipment, a dedicated tracking number will be issued to monitor your order's journey. Returns & Refunds

Merchandise Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all security tags and original packaging attached. Items showing signs of wear or used without tags will not be accepted.
Refund Issuance: Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account. Please note that return shipping costs are currently managed by the customer.
